Forte means ‘strong’ in Italian. A word that reflects both our heritage and the purpose behind our brand. Having grown up surrounded by Italian family and later marrying into an Italian family, the name felt personal, authentic and perfectly suited to what we wanted to create.

Forte represents our commitment to making protein bars that support strength, energy and an active lifestyle, without compromising on taste or quality. Every bar is carefully handmade using thoughtfully selected ingredients to create something nourishing, satisfying and genuinely enjoyable.

Made with just nine carefully selected base ingredients, including oats, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter and pea protein, each bar contains at least 20g of plant-based protein and is high in fibre, helping you feel fuller for longer.

Organic coconut oil and almond milk are used to combine our bars. Rich in fatty acids which have numerous health benefits.
